THE 10 BEST VIEWPOINTS IN BARCELONA

1. The Carmel Bunkers and the Guinardó Park, one of the best viewpoints in Barcelona

The Carmel Bunkers are located in Turó de la Rovira and in addition to being able to have beautiful views of the city, you don't have to pay anything. They are free!

In addition to enjoying the views, these bunkers also represent a piece of the city's history. You will be able to see what remains of the anti-aircraft batteries that were built during the Civil War to protect Barcelona from bombing.

Right in the same Turó is the Guinardó Park, a great opportunity to walk and disconnect from the noise of the city.

2. Park Guell

Park Güell is not only one of the essential places to visit in Barcelona, but also from here you will have fantastic views of the city.

It is better to go to the highest part of the park (free access) where there is a cross on a small hill called Turó de les Tres Creus. In this same place Gaudí wanted to build a chapel to complete his work, but in the end only the cross was raised. However, this point at 182 meters high offers one of the best views of Barcelona for free. It is usually a very touristy place so depending on the time of year you will have to queue for a photo. However, it is a very nice place to visit.

The part of Park Güell where the Turó de les Tres Creus is located has free admission, while to enter the monumental area you will have to pay an entrance fee.
